Photo Guidelines
To provide you the best quality product, we suggest you take a close up photo (try to avoid using your zoom) of your pet in a well-lit room or outside when it isn't dreary or stormy.

Cancellation Policy
Please note: Orders for standard items can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of being placed. If you want to modify or cancel your order, please contact us via support@barksandbonks.com. Because we try to get your custom items out to you as quickly as possible, we cannot always guarantee cancellation or modification of your custom goods. Please verify accuracy of customized items before submitting an order to us.
Returns
Stock Items
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, you may return your items to us and we will refund the full price of the product excluding shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment.

Custom & Print On Demand Items
Customized items and Print On Demand (POD) items cannot be returned unless there is an error or defect in production. Please verify accuracy of customized items before submitting an order. Please submit photos of defective products to support@barksandbonks.com.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
